Brown Seeks to Void Prop 8
Attorney General Jerry Brown surprised proponents of the measure when he stated he won't defend Prop 8 at the Supreme Court. He says the ban is unconstitutional, and he's urging the Court to strike it down.

Prop. 8 to be Reviewed by State Supreme Court
